Disappointed. The planet arrived, but several specifications were off. The fjords don't match the architectural renderings at all, and the water chemistry required unexpected adjustments. Support wasn't very responsive either.
Problematic. My bioluminescent moon's glow diminishes much faster than advertised. Had to retrofit additional lighting systems, which defeats the purpose.
The planet itself is nice, but the warranty document is so complex and full of exclusions that I don't really know what's actually covered.
Our boutique resort on the cliff-side installation gets consistent 5-star reviews from guests. Magrathea delivered a world that actually works for hospitality.
