The Mediterranean climate and soil produce genuinely excellent olives. Our oil is exported and winning reviews. Agricultural authenticity works.
The planet functions excellently and is quite beautiful. But financially, I'm not convinced the quality differential justifies paying four times standard terraforming rates.
The moon cluster orbital mechanics are catastrophically wrong. The moons are on collision courses and Magrathea won't fix it. I'm stuck with a ticking time bomb.
