The pocket-universe lot is unstable. Reality distortions make it genuinely dangerous to enter. Magrathea refuses to take it back.
Very good overall. My ocean world has excellent fjord formations, though I felt one of the strait widths was slightly narrower than specified. Everything else is perfect and delivery was on time.
Unacceptable. The ringed planet arrived with rings already degrading. They said it's 'normal' but charged me full price for a defective product.
Used for climate modeling research. Data integrity is excellent. Slight complexity in accessing raw environmental data, but manageable.
