Great experience overall.
The planet is gorgeous with excellent biodiversity and climate stability. The Magrathea team was helpful when I had questions about tidal locking effects.
The five-ring system surrounding my world is absolutely mesmerizing. Every dawn reveals a new pattern of stellar light through the rings, and the ice shards create optical effects I never knew were possible. Customer service was responsive throughout the entire fabrication process.
The final product exceeded my hopes, but the stasis storage and shipment protocols required too many administrative steps. Perhaps a simplified ordering system would help.
I've worked with seventeen terraforming companies, and Magrathea's attention to detail is simply unmatched. Every coastline on my archipelago world is precisely as rendered in the preview. The attention to customer service is remarkable.
Excellent craftsmanship overall. The garden world is lovely, but the shipping took slightly longer than advertised. The actual planet is exceptional though.
