The planet functions excellently and is quite beautiful. But financially, I'm not convinced the quality differential justifies paying four times standard terraforming rates.
For the price point, we experienced more ecosystem fluctuations than expected in the first three months. Eventually stabilized, but the rocky start was expensive.
The photos online showed a more dramatic coastline than what I received. The planet is functional but less visually striking than advertised.
The self-sustaining oasis infrastructure with underground water systems works flawlessly. Our emirate guests feel like they're in untamed desert but with 5-star service. Perfect.
