Very good overall. My ocean world has excellent fjord formations, though I felt one of the strait widths was slightly narrower than specified. Everything else is perfect and delivery was on time.
The hollow demonstration planet interior is fascinating. The bioluminescent crystals are beautiful, though the cave mapping tool took some learning.
Disappointed. The planet arrived, but several specifications were off. The fjords don't match the architectural renderings at all, and the water chemistry required unexpected adjustments. Support wasn't very responsive either.
The final product exceeded my hopes, but the stasis storage and shipment protocols required too many administrative steps. Perhaps a simplified ordering system would help.
Mixed experience. The ringed planet arrived intact and looks great, but the specifications document had some inconsistencies. Customer service eventually clarified, but it was frustrating.
