Magrathea combined excellent craftsmanship with genuine care for customer satisfaction. My world is beautiful and fully supported.
The world functions beautifully, but requires more technical oversight than we budgeted. Training investment was necessary but worthwhile.
The moon cluster orbital mechanics are catastrophically wrong. The moons are on collision courses and Magrathea won't fix it. I'm stuck with a ticking time bomb.
Works well but requires constant attention to atmospheric systems. It's stable, just not as passive as advertised. Fine for serious operators.
