I'm extremely satisfied with my order. The crystal cavern world they built arrived with pristine geological formations and light-refracting properties that are breathtaking. The attention to detail is legendary.
The water management system pooled incorrectly in the valleys. They fixed it, but it delayed our spring planting. Support was good, but the issue was significant.
Disappointed. The polar ice world's refrigeration systems failed after two weeks. Replacement process was slow.
Problematic. My bioluminescent moon's glow diminishes much faster than advertised. Had to retrofit additional lighting systems, which defeats the purpose.
Great experience overall.
The desert water management system underperformed for two months before optimization. We had to supplement with external water. Frustrating given the cost.
