The planet functions excellently and is quite beautiful. But financially, I'm not convinced the quality differential justifies paying four times standard terraforming rates.
The overall quality is exceptional with beautiful landscapes and perfectly balanced ecosystems. Two minor geological features don't quite match my specifications, but it's hardly noticeable.
Ecosystem is stable but requires more hands-on management than we anticipated. Not a criticism, just reality. Works if you commit.
