The ringed world they delivered was structurally unsound. The rings began destabilizing within weeks and the entire system required rebuilding. Magrathea's refusal to take responsibility was insulting.
Magrathea kept me updated throughout the creation and delivery process. My planet is stunning, though the atmospheric cirrus patterns are slightly different than my sample images suggested.
My hollow planet is interesting to explore, but maintaining humidity in the interior caverns is more labor-intensive than expected.
Everything from the atmospheric processors to the flora germination succeeded on schedule. Magrathea's engineering team answered every technical question. Genuinely impressed.
